Having edited the food content for trusted brands such as Good Housekeeping and Sainsbury’s Magazine, I’ve developed a keen eye for detail and am able to tailor and adapt content to different readerships.  From the planning and strategy behind content through to commissioning and editing features across the food, drink and health sectors, I offer a 360 degree approach.

Whether it’s a recipe feature that needs to work harder – with extra panels, box outs and tips, a news page that needs to be refreshed with current trends, or a long-form feature that needs tightening up, I enjoy tackling a wide range of copy editing tasks.

I have also worked as a Contributing Editor for various cookbooks including Mary Berry’s Fool-proof Cooking (2016) and Christmas with Good Housekeeping (2018), published by Harper Collins.
